People who know me generally all say that I don’t seem to be disabled like other people. My family laughs and teases me in a complimentary way that I somehow make people forget about the wheelchair in which I sit. I always take that as a high compliment. I’m glad they stop thinking about the wheelchair when they are with me but the question is, why? Yesterday we had a lady say something so significant to me. The lady at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles (Secretary of State) who only saw me for a few minutes, smiled and referred to me as “technically handicapped.” My daughter laughed in agreement with her and pointed out that here was another person seeing me as not actually disabled. I believe this is a spiritual thing. I don’t believe in my handicap as permanent or even see myself as disabled, therefore that emanates to others as well. Very interesting phenomenon. I appear to others as not belonging in a wheelchair even though my body believes I do. Paralyzed from the chest down, hands too. A C-6 spinal cord injury, I’m “technically handicapped.” By faith I say I’m technically healed. But that reality is rising up and the spiritual truth will override the physical. It’s becoming more real every day. I am pursuing the full manifestation of my healing through Christ. I have learned a lot about faith and healing and I like sharing this with others. Thus the blog. I have a Youtube channel, "lynnesuszek", where I teach and share testimonies. Please check out our ministry at www.Hisability.com!

Churches Don’t Want Miracles

If you think church is the place for miracles, think again. God has had more success on the streets than in front of “believers.”  Street ministers can talk about miracles in church but have one take place in church and the trend is panic, hush, cover-up and push away.  The ministries with whom I have had contact, who truly see and do many amazing miracles, such as paralyzed people walking and limbs growing out have been most welcome outside the four walls of church. God truly still is more welcome out in the street than in His own House.

Tony Meyers was healed of ALS and showed his own church he was healed.  He was at death’s door and beyond when he started walking and eating again. By a year later he left that church because of the rejection and lack of interest in healing there.

A church we used to attend was a healing-believing-teaching church, yet a man died in church one day and was raised during church through their own healing ministers but those who expected to hear his experience were never satisfied to hear the testimony. We thought perhaps the man was unwilling to testify but finally it came out that he was hurt by the lack of interest in his resurrection. He eventually left the church as did we. So did the minister who raised him. Many such controlling behaviors by pastors are common and ugly.

Dave and Patti Lage with “Holy Spirit Led Ministries” are very familiar with rejection due to “showing-up” the pastor as they travel anywhere they are welcome,  doing what we are called to, healing the sick. It seems very common to see pastors suffer from envy, embarrassment, unwillingness to listen to effective ways to pray over people.

All the ministers we know now personally, who get results in healing are in ministry unrelated to any official churches. The Holy Spirit cannot operate in such quashing, quenching, witchcraft-controlled environments.   ICHABOD “The glory is departed.”
